As a Care Assistant you’ll play a vital role in the lives of our residents. If you’re passionate about helping people on a one-to-one basis, we’d like to hear from you. We’re looking for naturally compassionate people to assist adults of all ages.  And with ongoing support from senior staff members and the opportunity to shadow a carer, you get all the assistance you need to really make a difference in your new role.

Job Responsibilities

• Personal care – help with getting in and out bed, washing, bathing, dressing and, when necessary, help going to the toilet.
• Companionship – provide company for your residents, treating them with dignity, patience and compassion at all times.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent level of English
• Basic Disclosure (DBS) check – paid for and organised by us and rebated after six months.
